VettMail provides email analysis and fraud detection services. We analyse submitted emails and communications and provide a verdict (Green, Amber, or Red) along with a plain English explanation of our findings. All verdicts are advisory opinions only. VettMail does not guarantee the detection of every threat and accepts no liability for any decision made based on our analysis results.
VettMail's automated scan detects approximately 80–90% of email scams. No analysis tool is infallible. VettMail, its operators and employees shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense — direct or indirect — arising from reliance on any verdict we provide. Our maximum liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific check or service in question.
You may only submit emails and communications that you have lawful authority to share. You must not submit emails containing personal data belonging to third parties without appropriate consent. You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose or attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our systems.
Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Pay-as-you-go checks are charged at the time of submission. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel at any time by contacting [email protected].
Pay-as-you-go checks are non-refundable once analysis has been delivered. Subscription customers who are dissatisfied within their first 7 days of a new subscription are entitled to a full refund upon request. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
